Dear Participants,
We hope your travels back home were smooth following the 17th JKC Conference.
This is a critical reminder for all attendees who paid their registration fees via the JTB online system.
Deadline for Receipt Download: Please be aware that the deadline to download your official receipt from the payment system is the end of November (November 30th).
Please ensure you access the JTB system and download your receipt by this date, as the download link will expire after the deadline.
For instructions on downloading receipts, please check the registration page.

Dear participants,
Here is an Information regarding the bus tour on November 14th:

・Meeting time: 8:40 AM
・Departure: 9:00 AM
・Meeting Point：Kyoto Station Charter Bus Stop
It's right in front of Kyoto AVANTI, where we held the welcome party in Mariage Grande on the 11th. For details, please see the map link below.

The bus departs promptly at 9:00 AM without waiting for latecomers.
Please remember to bring the distributed materials (in the clear bag) and your name tag.See you tomorrow and please get some good rest.

・Poster presentations will be from 12:30 to 13:30.
※All presenters are required to remove their posters personally immediately after the Farewell Party ends at 20:00 on Thursday, November 13th.Please be aware that any posters not collected by this time will be disposed of by the Organizing Committee. We cannot store or ship any remaining materials.
