Commentary

As the name "Dragon Prince" implies, this is the mask of a supernatural being. In making this new mask Ōtsuki Modeled it on Shishiguchi, in as much as it has a bulging forehead and is painted entirely in gold. What is distinct, however, is the lack of a chin. This feature can be found also in Indonesia.
